Who we are
Vectr designs, installs and supports networking, security and audio-visual systems for homes and workplaces in the UK. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We follow the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
What we collect through this website
- Enquiry details you enter in the contact form: name, email, phone, postcode, the service you're interested in, your preferred date and time for a call, and your message.
- Technical data processed by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working, such as your IP address and browser type, including for the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check.
- Aggregate visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.
How we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam — our legitimate interests.
- To understand how the site is used, in aggregate — our legitimate interests.
We don't use your details for marketing unless you have separately agreed to it, and we never sell them.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
